Hi, I’m Carlos (and you probably already know that 😊)

Thank you for your interest in partnering with me as I dedicate my time and energy to full time ministry as an Apprentice at my church, MBM Rooty Hill, in Western Sydney.

There is great need for the Good News of Jesus to reach people all over the world, and I am looking forward to spending two years full time focusing on reaching the people in my community with the same message that changed my life.

In short, being a Ministry Apprentice means:

In addition to all the ministry work I will be doing, my personal goal for this time as a Ministry Apprentice is to explore if full time ministry is right for me and my family.

In this page you will find information on how to partner with me in prayer, and financially, as well as more details about my ministry apprenticeship.

If you have any questions, please contact me via email (carlos.dyonisio@mbm.org.au), mobile, or chat to me in person at Church.

Thank you!

Carlos

How you can partner with me

I’d love your prayers for me and my family during this ministry apprenticeship, and the opportunity to pray for you too. Please join my monthly newsletter, where I will send updates, prayer points, and give you an opportunity to share your prayer points with me, so we can celebrate together what God is doing in our lives and in his Church.

Partner with me financially

Your financial partnership enables me to focus on ministry full time, amplifying opportunities to share the Good News of Jesus and to see lives transformed through Him to the glory of God. Any amount is appreciated and will make a difference.

There are two ways that you can give: one-off contributions, or recurring giving, explained below.

When you give, the money goes to the MBM bank account, tagged with my name, and is used to pay my salary. 100% of the money given to MBM this way goes to me. MBM doesn't take any commission from it, and all MBM accounts are audited regularly.

Recurring contributions

If you are able, and willing to give, this is the best way to support me financially.

To give monthly, fortnightly, or the frequency more convenient to you, you can set up a recurring transfer from your bank to the MBM Bank Account, using the correct Reference Code (so the accountants know it is for my Apprenticeship), as written below:

Account name: St Alban’s Anglican Church

BSB: 062 310

Account Number: 0090 0900

Reference: MTS122

This bank account information can also be found in the MBM giving page, and I am reproducing it here with my Reference Code for your convenience.

Alternatively, if you prefer to use a Credit or Debit Card or you don't have an Australian bank account, you can set up recurring giving via this link in the MBM GetGenerous platform: https://mbm.getgenerous.com/WebOnline/Transaction/ManageRecurring/
(in order to do that, you will need to create an account with GetGenerous)

One-off contributions

You can give one-off contributions through the MBM giving page. Please ensure you select Carlos Dyonisio - Ministry Apprentice as the Fund when using the Credit Card form.

What I will be doing during my Ministry Apprenticeship

I've been serving at MBM Youth as a volunteer for a couple of years now, currently leading the Year 12 boys. This year I will continue to lead them through this crucial year in their lives, as well as take part in our Scripture team, and look after the area of Maturity at MBM Youth.

Scripture in schools will give me the opportunity to share the Good News of Jesus with many youth who don't yet follow Jesus, and by leading Maturity at MBM Youth I will help ensure our youth are growing and maturing in their Christian lives through the preaching of God's Word, and small group Bible studies.

I will also lead the membership team at the 5pm service at Rooty Hill. The membership team ensures that we continue to be a community that is welcoming to new people, as well as caring for all our members.

In 2020 I started a Masters of Divinity online through SBTS, and will continue to dedicate time to studying God's Word through my Apprenticeship, putting what I've been learning to practice, aiming to graduate by the end of 2025.

Thank you!

Thank you for your interest and generosity. I'm looking forward to what God will do through my Ministry Apprenticeship in 2024-2025, and it is a blessing and privilege to have your support through this journey!
